Shipping & Delivery Policy
Those5Days is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only (FedEx, Gati to name a few)
We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.
We deliver your order within 5-6 working days depending on the Logistics Partners.
Shipping may vary depending on Public holiday/Sundays since Logistics Company won’t work on these days.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Purchases of Rs. 1000* or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 40 will be for all other orders.
1. If the order is cancelled(bofore delivery), we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges.
2. If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
3. If you return an order delivered to you, original-shipping charges will not be refunded. However if you self-ship your returns, you will be reimbursed based on our Returns Policy.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Shipping will ideally take 5-7 days depending on our Logistics partners. We (Those5Days) are not responsible for any delay in shipping. Shipping may vary depending on Public holiday/Sundays since Logistics company won’t work on these days.
How will happen if I enter incorrect address/pincode/city?
We have validation at only state level. Customer will be completely responsible for incorrect address(since we don't have pincode and city validation). Those5days will not be responible for this.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9686670295 or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
